Stuck, found a bug or need to report someone? Here is where to go.

In game

/helpop <message>
Message every online staff member
/report <player>
Report cheating, griefing, harassment or theft
/rules
Read the rules in game

On Discord

Bugs, missing rewards, lost items and anything that needs a longer conversation go to the Discord. Include your username, the world and roughly when it happened.

Appeals

  1. Look up your case on the punishment records site and note the Case ID if there is one.
  2. In the Discord, choose Submit Appeal and pick the world it happened on.
  3. Explain what you want reviewed. A Case ID helps but is not required.
